In this short book, Baptist pastor Blake White provides a clear and concise introduction to what it means to be a Baptist. He outlines eight marks of Baptist identity, including a commitment to Scripture alone as our fi nal authority, regenerate church membership, believer’s baptism, elder-led congregationalism, and religious liberty. He suggests that a Baptist vision of life and ministry is the fullest application of the principles of the Protestant Reformation. White grounds much of his vision in the newness of the new covenant.
